BUFFET DINNER
Minimum of 30 people

Cost per person (no tax): $ 45.00
Equipment / tableware rental and labor cost for service are not included in the above cost per person.

- Tarragon, Balsamic, Greek dressings

Hot food to be displayed in shafing dish & served to customers

- Boeuf Bourguignon
- Gratin Dauphinois 
  (potatoes gratinated with cream, garlic and cheese)

- Tiramisi
- Brownie
- Lemon bar

OPTION # 2 :

SAVORY & SWEET Crêpe station 
Minimum of 30 people
Cost per person (no tax): $ 20.50


Labor per crêpe maker : $25.00 per hour. 2 crêpe makers for 30 guests, based on 2-hours service within the limit of 90 French crêpes. (3 crêpes per person)

- French crêpes (1 or 2 per person)

- Meats : Ham, chicken, turkey

- Veggies : Tomatoes, mushrooms, ratatouille, spinach, avocado, bell peppers, fresh basil

- Cheese : Mozzarella cheese, Swiss/Us cheese, goat cheese, cheddar

- Béchamel sauce

 

MENU ITEMS :Sweet crêpes

- French crêpes (1 or 2 per person)
- Assortment of fresh fruits
  (strawberries, bananas, blackberries)
- Chocolate syrup and nutella
- Strawberry jam and marmelade

- Homemade apple compote
- Whipped cream

The French crêpe combinations will be made a la minute for each guest based on their request
Additional French Crêpes  $8.00 each

NOTE:
You will be asked for your approval prior to continue to serve after the 2 hours service.
You will be also asked for your approval prior to serve additional French crêpes after the limit of 90 French crêpes .

SWEET Crêpe station

Labor per crêpe maker : $25.00 per hour. 2 crêpe makers for 30 guests, based on 2-hours service within the limit of 60 French crêpes. (2 crêpes per person)
